About

Katrina is a London-based photographer whose photographs of ordinary people are natural and uncontrived. After a decade working in advertising, she switched her attention to photographing young families, capturing them at their most natural whilst at play. Her portraits of professionals, whether an artist in their studio, or a barrister in chambers are similarly full of warmth and character.

Recent work includes documenting healthier streets for pedestrians and cyclists, and those with disabilities for Enfield Council, and City of London. In 2020 she worked on a project documenting Londoners on their doorsteps; ‘When we all stayed at home’ was self published as a photobook, featuring 100 portraits and personal stories which are intimate and moving accounts of lockdown.

From September 2025, she will be studying for an MA in photojournalism & documentary photography at the University of Arts London.
